• Happy Visit Required: Before any nail trim appointment, we require a $15 "happy visit" to introduce ourselves to your pet and ensure they feel comfortable.

• Positive Reinforcement Approach: All work is done using positive reinforcement and a slow, stress-reducing approach. Treats, praise, and patience go a long way.

• Safety First: In some cases, light restraint or a muzzle may be used if necessary for the safety of your pet and the technician. This is always discussed with you beforehand.

• Training Support Available: For pets with significant fear or reactivity, we offer 30-minute training sessions at $45. These help condition your dog or cat to tolerate nail trims more comfortably and teach you how to reinforce these behaviors between visits.

• Tailored Visits: Every visit is tailored to your pet’s individual needs, energy level, and comfort. We work at their pace.
